Summit Pick Up

If you are attending the 2026 National Pole Vault Summit in Reno and would like to pick up your pole, pole accessory, or apparel order for free at the event, please add the ship to address to your order as displayed below:

My pole is missing its weight label. How do I get a new one? How much does it cost?

We replace weight labels for free! Just email nickm@ucsspirit.com with the subject line "Weight Label Replacement". Please include the an image of the engraving so we can verify the weight rating and a shipping address.

I need to order a new tip for my pole. How do I know which size to order?

The size of the tip corresponds to the diameter of the pole. This can be found near the bottom of the pole that is inked into the fiberglass. See the below example. In this case, this pole requires a size v0 tip.

Please note, not all tips fit perfectly snug. In this case, you may need to add tape under the tip to create a tighter fit.

Shipping Vaulting Poles poses many obvious challenges, but we are experienced in finding a way to get you the poles you need!


Southwest Cargo For Pickup - Requires pickup at your nearest Southwest Cargo Terminal. This is out fastest delivery option (24 to 48 hours in transit), cheapest, and safest option for the poles. Ground Freight LTL - Ships direct to a business or school address. This option is slower(7 to 10 days in transit) and is more expensive.


International Freight - All export orders require a minimum of 3 poles. Please contact us directly for freight quotes.


*Shipping rates include opt-out freight insurance. Please contact us if you choose to opt-out. Poles must be inspected and refused if damaged and contact us immediately.

Return Policy

We value your business and aim to provide high-quality products and customer service. Please review our policy carefully, as we maintain a limited return window for select items.


Eligible Returns:

Only apparel items are eligible for return. Apparel may be returned within thirty(30) days of the delivery date, provided the following conditions are met:

i. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with tags attached.

ii. Proof of purchase is required.

iii. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method, excluding shipping costs.

iv. Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the item arrived damaged or was shipped in error.

iii. Crossbars

iv. Pole accessories

v. Pole bags

vi. Custom or personalized items

vii. Clearance or final sale items 


We reserve the right to inspect all returned apparel and may deny returns that do not meet the above conditions. If you receive a defective or damaged item, please contact our customer service team within seven(7) days of delivery for assistance and resolution.
